What is the processing time?

Processing time is 3-4 weeks but can be extended up to 6 weeks during big sales. 

What is the shipping time?

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CURRENT SITUATION IN THE UK WITH ROYAL MAIL STRIKES THE BELOW INFORMATION DO NOT APPLY BECAUSE THERE IS A HUGE BACKLOG AND DELAY IN ALL DELIVERIES. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT PLEASE DO NOT ORDER UNTIL THE SITUATION SETTLES. ANY ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL AS TO WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE.

Royal Mail Second class shipping for UK customers is aimed at 2-3 working days. But up to 10 working days after due date. (So up to 13 working days to be considered as lost) 

Royal Mail International Standard for International Customers is aimed at 6-7 working days. But up to 25 working days after due date. (So up to 32 working days to be considered as lost) 

Can shipping be tracked?

To be able to track your shipping you need to select Tracked Shipping at the checkout. Please note we can not refund or re send any orders if they get lost and have not been sent tracked because standard shipping is not insured. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do not accept order cancellations or exchanges because most items are made to order. If you would like to change your order in terms of options etc or add items please send me an email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I combine my order?

I try to combine all shipping that I find within orders but sometimes with the amount of orders and processing time scale it is not possible. If you would like to place another order and have already an open order please send me an email and if it is not yet completed I will offer a FREE SHIPPING code. 

INTERNATIONAL/EU CUSTOMERS 

All international and EU customers are responsible for fees including customs and taxes. These vary depending on the country and total order value. Please take VAT, customs, tax etc into account when placing an order. 

Alternatively you can shop with us on Etsy as they collect taxes at the checkout.
